El proyecto contempló la creación de un gemelo digital del hospital construido sobre la plataforma VIRCORE. Con él se consigue la optimización de la gestión integral del hospital conectando múltiples módulos específicos a una plataforma central. 

Los módulos principales:

  • Document management: provides a centralized platform for storing and managing all project files, with role-based access integrated into the VIRCORE solution. It also streamlines approval and review workflows, enhancing security and operational efficiency. 
  • Asset management: provides an inventory of all equipment, along with management and control tools to track its history of events, incidents, or interventions throughout its lifecycle. 
  • 3D viewer: offers a view of the building’s 3D model, allowing users to identify and locate assets within the model. 
  • Integration with external systems: the solution allows integration with various sensors and existing systems, enabling data visualization and processing from a centralized environment. 
  • Energy efficiency: by leveraging data from multiple sensors and AI, the system identifies energy efficiency patterns that optimize building energy use while continuously ensuring optimal environmental conditions—such as temperature, humidity, and air quality. 
  • Augmented reality: mobile AR visualization streamlines maintenance operations, making it easier to locate assets, navigate them, and access complete historical data and associated documentation.
