The project aims to continue the first phase of BIM implementation, carried out over the previous three years through the development and validation of procedures, standards, workflows, model requirements, documentation, and training. The project scope includes defining and monitoring the implementation of Autodesk ACC CDE (executed under a separate contract) as well as its integration with existing management tools and information systems such as Maximo and SAP. It also aims to validate the AIM strategy through a pilot project in the Operation and Maintenance phase.
A dedicated BIM strategy team has been established to address all aspects related to BIM methodology across design, construction, and O&M, including impacts on processes, people, and technology. Additionally, a BIM Management Office (BMO) provides support to the various projects, ensuring compliance with PIM-to-AIM workflows, generating high-value documentation, and standardizing and optimizing processes.
