Leading players in the sector met in Oceanside, California, from January 30 to February 1, at the 2024 Decommissioning Conference, organized by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), in association with EPRI.

The event was attended by Jokin Rico Arenal and Javier Alonso Sanz, representing INGECID, who commented on successful projects in which INGECID participated with Enresa in Spain and Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND) in Norway. A visit was also organized to the facilities of the San Onofre NPP, which is in the process of being decommissioned.

The company's participation in this conference is part of its strategy for internationalization and penetration of the US market through INGECID-America, set up to serve our customers on this continent, both in the nuclear sector and others in which we operate.
