BIM Ayuntamiento San Sebastián

INGECID has implemented the BIM methodology in the Projects and Works Department of the San Sebastian City Council.

Through this process, the department has adopted the enabling BIM (Building Information Modelling) approach for project execution. The aim was to enhance team efficiency and facilitate timely, informed decision-making on all projects.

INGECID went beyond the basic implementation of BIM principles. The company carefully considered the specific needs of the department’s professionals, using past references and anticipated future projects as a starting point.

To accomplish this, the company carried out a comprehensive review of past, current, and planned projects, evaluating team composition, stakeholder involvement, standard working methodologies, folder structures, and other key parameters.
